Please absolutely go to see her! Miss Heather is the best! She is so kind and knowledgeable. A&W Tax Service is family owned and are all so great at what they do. My parents see Heather's father and my siblings see her brother. For years now we have been going to this beautiful family owned tax Service and will continue to refer them to everyone!
This was my first time meeting Heather. I typically do my taxes through turbo tax, but decided to seek out a tax professional. It was a great overall experience working with Heather. Heather is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining tax breaks what you may or may not be eligible for. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I will be returning next year to Heather for tax services.
James is fantastic! He is knowledgeable, personable and accurate. We were able to get my brother's Estate taxes calculated and file in our one hour appointment! I highly recommend.

I have family members whom James has help for two decades. My tax man retired, and they told me about James. It was easy to get a new client appointment because his only requirement was to bring my last year's tax return so he can take over where my other tax man left off. He is an Enrolled Agent, impressive qualification! He has a big screen for me to watch while he inputs data on his little screen. He asks questions. He wants my input. He answered all my questions. Great office location in Yucaipa, no wait time, Terry was very helpful and gave me great advise on some paperwork I needed help with like a friend would even though this is only my second visit he did not charge me for the visit since I did not need to get taxes done at this time.
