About a year and half ago I trusted acceptance financial to consolidate some debt. My son was newly in college and I figured I could save. I worked with Kyle and probably the best there is in customer service and making you comfortable. Dedicated to making sure you understand and the information and suppling a copy to read. This guy is very thorough and great knowledge.

Acceptance Financial illegally collects your information. They refuse to follow Federal/State guidelines by calling those on no call lists. When you ask to speak to a manager they hang up on you. When you tell them you're on no call list they hang up on you (but call again later). If you call them back after they continuously call and State you need to speak to a manager, they hang up on you.

It was a pleasure working with Christine, she answered all my questions clearly breaking it down and repeating as many times as I've rephrased my questions. I want to thank her sincerely for her patience and diligence in assisting my in ultimately attaining my goals of being debt free.

I read all these good reviews about this company, and I'm thinking they're fake, because Christine is a horrible representative of the company. I hope her supervisor listens to her call with me. I would never recommend this place. There are much more professional, friendly, transparent and empathetic reps to work with at other reputable companies. Please be warned!

My representative Gabriel Vargas was very patient, detailed and well organized in his service with my problem. Very straight forward. Made every step clear and understanding. My situation was not necessary for me to proceed with Acceptance financial he made me realize and help to do the right decision. Will recommend if you have a debt that's out of reach.

I signed up today. Now I realize I'm new to this. I had enrolled with a different outfit and program years ago right after a divorce that was not nearly as well explained as this Program appears to be. Sami Ibrahim was patient and very understanding as well as knowledgeable. I am hopeful for a good resolution to my debt situation It is also good that the reviews from the Better Business Bureau are favorable. So far, so good.

Joe was very helpful but this entire business is based on maybes. They send you a maybe approval to your mailbox, and then you get a maybe approval from one of their lenders. I spent almost an hour on the phone to be left with no definitive answer at the end of the day except for that now the information they collected will be sold to 3rd parties. Christine is a very rude financial advisor. When you don't agree with this business is not a pleasant place to get help from. They will tell you anything to get your money.

From the very start of my process, Christine Martinez was very rude and unprofessional. If you receive this lady as a loan officer BEWARE, this is your warning! Her attitude is easily one of the worst I've ever experienced. Very impatient and non informative! I will not be using this company solely because of how she presented herself. I hope that my call is one they actually chose to listen to. If she's a representative of this company, they won't be around long. 0/10 recommendation for her.
