Fast and great service. They send you a video to explain if you need explanation. It's all done online through email, in case you're like us who have very lil time, we send out our tax documents and they get it done then send us the finished product for review and we can sign on our phones and return the documents and then they file it. We been getting our taxes done with them for 5 years now.
