This place is so bad. I made an appointment to do my taxes. They make me wait for 1:00 hour to tell me that I need to wait one more hour. Why don?t be honest and tell people the truth.

For a simple tax return that took a total of 20 minutes, I was charged $300. I was unaware of this exorbitant fee and would not have kept my appointment. I should have done my own taxes. I'm a degreed professional, I'm pretty sure I could do this myself. My mistake. They won't disclose the fees not even the range before filing the Tax, however, will surprise you with Insanely high fees at the end of the paperwork. Also be careful filing the form they will use it against you where it states that you're liable for fine of $200 if don't file tax there after the estimation. I over smarted them by not the signing there.
