Jim and the ATP team have done our taxes over 25 years. They are always thorough and helpful in minimizing the tax burden with the latest changes in tax rules every year. They communicate throughout the process and I feel we get a fair assessment every year.

I have been a client for6 years and have been very happy with the service they provide. The staff at front desk are great. They are pleasant and helpful. Tax accountants are knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend them to anyone in need of a tax consultant.

Absolutely love this place, they have always been so nice, know me by name, are awesome people when I have my kids with me. They fought the IRS and spent long hours for me when I struggled with some tax problems from a previous job. They are quick to get my stuff filed every year. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We have been using Accounting & Tax Professionals for over a decade now and have always received professional and accurate information from all of Jim?s group. They always treat us as people instead of just another number. They explain the return and answer all questions we throw at them.

Kirk Bond did my taxes for a few years and then left the firm . I had no problems with Kirk. Last year Jim M. did my taxes for 2023 and made an error on them. I paid $750 for that service. He told me that he would do an amended return right away. That was in May 2024. I never heard back from him after many calls. Had to finally take my taxes elsewhere to have an amended return done. And will have to pay probably another $500. Apparently Jim is too busy to correct his mistakes. Horrible service. D

Always look forward to having my taxes done every year with Jim McLaughlin. Always quick and honest, he's been doing my taxes for atleast 35 years. Always been a part of the family, did my parents taxes before mine.

I?ve worked with Jim for over a decade now and have always been satisfied with his professionalism and quick handling of my taxes.

Jim has 0 communication with clients and will not return phone calls. I have left 5 messages for a callback and nothing. Still trying to get 2023 taxes done, and it's about time to file for 2024. Go somewhere else where people communicate and return calls.

They offer appointment times that are convenient for our schedules, our appointments usually last an hour or less, and Kirk has helped us find some account information online when we forgot to bring it. Went to see Jim for the first time yesterday and he did an excellent job! He had tons of personality, our last tax guy had the personality of a pencil. Jim finished our taxes in an hour and we recommend him to everybody!

These guys did a good job, I really liked them. I am, however, a normal guy; no business, no crazy obscure tax scenario, and my taxes cost about $350 to do. In comparison, the year before I had my taxes done for $115 (i relocated from a town 2 hours away). I personally felt this was over priced considering the amount of work that goes into it. Otherwise, great people and would recommend.

I had scheduled an appointment in January with Kirk because I had several questions regarding my tax situation (being in college, dealing with dependency status, and owning a home). Overall the accountant we worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful with our taxes but we are very disappointed with the price transparency. We were upfront on what we needed done and were quoted at a reasonable price but now that our taxes have been submitted we are being charged significantly more than we expected. We would not recommend this business and will not be returning in the future.

Very nice people who do what?s best for you and get you the most on your refund. I learned a lot being there and never felt judged on not knowing. I love it there and plan to go back every year!

We brought our files in by early February to get the process started. As of today April 11, still no filing. We have called several times to be told we?d get a call back over the last few weeks only we received no callback. Will not recommend this place.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. My overall appoint took 20 minutes and I was out the door. However, when I came time for me to pick up my taxes, they tried to slap me with a $275 bill for 20 minutes of tax prep. Needless to say, I grabbed my stuff and walked out. If you like the convenience and easy of getting taxes done, but don't mind paying out the nose for it, then go right ahead. There are other preparers in the metro that are much more reasonable on pricing.

Have been having Jim McClaflin do our taxes since he worked at HR Block in 1985. No complaints on the whole company everybody is helpful and courteous. Great company.

Sadly our experience was utterly horrible and unprofessional. They underestimated our taxes by almost $30,000 and then when we asked for an explanation they stopped responding to calls, failed to file our return and refused to answer any questions. They treated us so poorly and with such disrespect I would avoid them all costs. It?s disappointing because we liked the idea of using a local office to support the community.
