Now Ahad and company are charging high rates but then saving money himself by having South Asian folks that are unable to communicate properly. We have been filling our tax returns with Ahad and Co for the last few years. Basically all of our family members are taking service from them. Recently they are charging more fees than others. Even for a simple letter they charge 500 dollars. That is why my brother moved away from them. I think they should think about it. Service itself satisfactory but fees and charges are not competitive.

This company responds incredibly slowly to messages, like two weeks or longer, even if you're a repeat customer. During a consultation with my financial advisor they seemed completely clueless. And last year they screwed up my taxes and I ended up with penalties. Yeah no, three strikes you're out, don't trust them even if they are relatively cheap.
