I filed my 2024 taxes with this firm. After it was all said and done, I followed up with a simple question I had, and the response I received was beyond rude. They basically said there would be no further responses because the job had been completed. All I asked was a simple question about my return, which they eventually answered after some negative back-and-forth. I wouldn?t recommend this firm; they don?t have good customer service etiquette.
