What a waste of time. I called, and they didn't even know when the lady that i paid is coming back. She still hasn't sent my info in and now am going to owe late for charges. They definitely don't speak English at the front desk as I called and the gentleman said, "uhhh no inglish". Forcing me to use my native language than my preferred. Wow what a business ?? ?? ??

From the very beginning it's a very good experience. They start off with a very, very organized check in process. You are served with coffee and donuts called in within 5 to 10 minutes I was serviced by a very experienced CPA by the The name, Corrina she did her absolute best to ensure my maximum refund. No respect for other people's time. I scheduled an appointment with them, showed up on time, but the consultant didn't turn up. Nor did they reach out to fix it like they said they would. I waited 30 minutes at their office while they kept saying the consultant would come shortly. Not something you would expect from a business like this.

karina was amazing. I made an error on my taxes, and the IRS "corrected" them and sent me an additional bill for tens of thousands of dollars more. I thought you had to file a lot of paperwork to ask them to reconsider something like this, but in my case, karina took care of it in one day with one phone call, at a good price. Excellent and skilled service.

Claudia treats her clients like robots. She was supposed to file my taxes electronically (direct deposit) and took my routing # and everything and never entered the number in my paperwork. Here i am now two months of waiting and i get a letter from the IRS saying info was left out. My new wait time for my check is nine weeks. Do not go to this place.

Post taxes filling is a disgrace, they even have a person that will curse you if you call for assistance and demand help. I did my taxes with them twice, and not recommend them

I've gone here for 4 years. Claudia, owner of AMC Tax Sevice charged me $140 last year. This year, for $15-20 minutes of work, her charge was $600!!! What? She said I didn't have to use her services. Time to find someone else.
