Shelby was great to work with! The process was pretty simple. If we had questions she always responded quickly to provide clarification. Financing terms are always high for start up businesses, but we actually got lower rates through her than any other company would have given. I was getting financing through Aerial Tiatans and i would have gone through with it but I switched vendors and there finance vendor was Josh Spinter with American Capital. It was simple Josh said off the gate if I can save you money would you go through us and of course I said yes and josh saved me close to 10,000 cheaper then the other lender and great communication skills quick to call back. The American Capital Group did get me financing when I needed it most.The lease was set up with Mr. Josh Splinter and he gave the verbal impression that he was the go to guy with leases. Not so! He evidently is the person that does the sales (he is OK) but other people at American Capital Group seem to be very difficult to deal with. They do not call back in a timely manner, they insist that the letter of the contract be followed. I have never had this problem with any of the 25 or so other lease companies

I just wanted to say that Shelby Cooper was instrumental in getting me another truck for my company! She worked with myself and the insurance company diligently to insure everything was done correctly! Whatever you are paying her it isn't enough!

We have referred several customers to Kirk with ACG. Based on the success of those dealings he has has gained our trust in his work ethic, his knowledge and his experience in meeting the unique demands of providing the best equipment financing programs to fit our customers needs.

This company is definitely a scam, just like many other people they told us to submit a signed commitment letter with the deposit that everything was ok, in this letter they had put the amount that we were supposed to get approved for. After a few days they said we weren't approved for that amount but a much lower amount but still they kept a 2% deposit from the higher amount, and then ask us for the revised commitment letters when they knew they had not sent them on purpose. Shame on me, for not reading articles 3, 15 and 16 thoroughly, so be warned. They provided us with money to buy photobooths, however, they actually rented them to us. Since we did not catch this, we are paying an extra $7200 for this equipment, which mind you, we already paid $21600 over the last 3 years. I blame myself and my father, but I do not mind saying, this is a deplorable way to conduct business. Very unethical company. They'll tell you you're approved and then ask for a "Documentation" fee and 1st months payment, which by the way is commonplace, but they know that so they use it to bait you. If you request to cancel the process because they don't respond to your emails, phone calls, or voicemail's, leaving you entirely in the dark feeling ripped off, then they'll keep the doc fee and charge you 2% percent of the equipment and change that "feeling" you had into a reality. Such a disappointment working with this company. In my 20 years in finance I have never had such a negative experience. They will tell you what they think you want to hear, but in the end you find that you've paid pro-rated rent on equipment that they had only funded a deposit on, the equipment hasn't even been delivered yet and you are out $12,000 over a 4 month period, this only becomes clear when you sign the final paperwork once the equipment is delivered. Josh made the whole loan process seamless, and has absolutely gone above and beyond, even checking in on problems created by the vendor that were not his responsibility. I would definitely recommend ACG.

These people are absolute scammers. Don't lease with them!!! They purposefully make the process confusing and in the end will rip you off. Full of evergreen clauses and pro rata rent. They are clearly not out to make this process easy. These "good" reviews on google are clearly made up. There is no way they are helpful. Very unethical business practices.

This company is a scam.After an application for a lease ,they told me everything is ok just to send them a security deposit .when they received the money they said im not approved.Because they run my credit they charge me 1400$.I think this is their business.Find 2 or 3 people like me a day and make a lot of money from us..Don't use this company ,they take your money
