Pris called me to let me know that one of my accounts was rejected due to recent charges and she is going to resend that after about 35 days. She was very helpful and reassuring. Wow. I don't know what I would do about ACCC. They helped me recover from some serious learning lessons. I'm now very close to being $20k+ out of debt. Naomi at American Consumer Credit Counseling was very helpful in gathering detailed information about our financial situation, both the income coming in and the expenses going out. From there, she was able to use her resources to come up with viable alternatives offered by ACCC to reduce credit card expenses so that they can be paid off quicker and less expensive than by not using the ACCC services.

The first time I reviewed ACCC I had only just enrolled in their program and it was an easy process and the customer service was great. It's been a few months now that I've been with the program in helping me pay down my debt and it's been such a relief and I don't even have to think about it, they take care of everything. 06/09/2025 I received a call from one of the creditors in the program due to missing payment. I recently had some struggles and had to move my payment date. I received a call from the creditor. I called JoJo and he gave me my options. I previously spoke with JoJo with last year with another matter; As he was previously, JoJo was very professional and understanding and answered my questions in an empathetic and professional manner.
