I know this seems to be a popular place. I did not like it here. It is very commercialized going in and going out. I brought current taxes and past taxes to be filed. My tax preparer decided due to them being busy they would only file the current year without me knowing it wasn't completed. I file short form so it's not like it would have been so difficult and yes I could do them myself but I have found it is better to have a knowledgeable accountant who knows the laws and credits who thoroughly look throug

I needed a translation for a birth certificate and called Americana Tax and Financial. They set up an appointment right away and within less than an hr I got my birth certificate translated and notarized. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I couldn't be going to be bed anymore relieved tonight. It's April 14th just a day before I'm late for filling. I was anxious as we were filling 2 W2s on top of that a 1099 for my new trucking business and to make matters worse it's late in the evening... But still Ruth and her team took us in. This place is a fraud, I came since it has good reviews but most of its reviews are due to ?if you leave us a review on google or yelp you can get 5 more tickets for the raffle.? No wonder it has many bare minimum on effort comments. Total scam service is not 5 because once they take your money they refuse to help. I've been coming here since covid (2020) and I've had nothing but the ut most respectful and professional advisors to always help me with my taxes. They're are quick, informative, and worth doing business with.

They are dirty people who sell their clients' information. My advice to you, guys, is not to deal with them. Their prices are expensive and they deduct a large amount from your tax return.

Crookes they overcharge for everything. They charged me $400.00 for a simple tax return. And the try to bribe you for good reviews with stupid little raffles and cheap cookies. How about u lower ur ridiculous prices instead of bribing ppl. Go at ur own risk.

Careful this place made an error in my 2023 taxes After many attemptsto to get it fix via phone because I had just had a baby and was unable to go I drove there , I walk in to be greeted by Ruth to tell me she can't help me that I need an appointment but when I went to make my taxes I was told they took walking in.she goes to the back come back to the front shoves my paper and said I fix it .. no she didn't I had to fix the mistake with IRS . After so many back and forth with IRS I got my refund many months

Do not come to this place! They will try to scam you. They tried charging me almost $500 dollars for a simple tax return. When I did not want to pay that price they tried charging me $65 for a quote. Without disclosing that from the beginning. They also refused to give me back my personal documents. As a business you have to disclose any charges before hand regardless of the situation. Useless, is the best way I would describe the customer service for auto insurance policies here. They screw up your payments, and overcharge, called and was told $600++ to pay off insurance till February. I hung up. Went and opened up the online site for my insurance and it was barely over $500 to be covered till April!! Don't waste your time! Went for a notary and was told they couldn't help me. I believe it was due to the way I looked. So I went down the street to a mobile notary and was helped immediately.

Horrible service, front desk person was not welcoming. Everyone there seemed like they hated their job. They wanted to charge me $300+ to file my taxes. Do not recommend this place. They will rip you off. Went to another reputable place and was charged 120$ and everyone was friendly and welcoming.
