THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I FOLLOWED THEIR PROCESS TO OBTAIN TAX SUPPORT AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FROM THE RECEPTIONIST NOT KEEPING UP WITH MY APPOINTMENT, TO SPEAKING DIRECTLY TO THE OWNER/TAX PREPARER SEAN, WHO TOOK MY EMAILED DOCUMENTS AGREED TO FILE MY RETURNS, YET NEVER FILING THEM OR FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH ME AS TO WHY NOT!? I ALSO CALLED BACK A FEW TIMES AS TO WHAT WAS THE HOLD UP, AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! I REFUSE TO BEG SOMEONE TO TAKE MY MONEY! $700 WORTH OF FILINGS WAS WHAT M

Sean completely botched my grandmothers estate taxes. Charged my mother over $4000 and incorrectly filed estate tax instead of personal, then refused to correct mistake. Had to pay an actual CPA ( which Sean is not!!) to correct the taxes. Additionally tried to lie to my mother to get her to sell property for hundreds of thousands below asking price. Be careful to Shahab (Sean) he is not honest person he want to me charge $2500 . So let?s start with that I made an online appointment I showed up on time 4:30 pm I talked with him 5 minutes i want to open a LLC and I asked him what do you need from me any paperwork ? Shahab (Sean) did an excellent job on my taxes, however on my wife's, not so much. We were at the same appointment, yet filed separately. Although we both asked Sean to set up our refunds/payments to be electronically deposited/debited, he only did that for mine.
