My experience was great. Quin was my Tax preparer and she was very professional and patient during the process. I usually do my taxes online via HR Block. And this was my first time having someone else do my taxes.I felt like family and was approved for a cash advance the same day! I recommend this business! Mrs. Quinn treats you as family. It?s a family atmosphere. Her co worker Mr.Brandon is nice as well. Definitely will comeback. Always use atc but this is the best location.

I did my taxes here for the first time and it was a big mistake. My taxes are over a month late. I finally got an answer as to why. She put the info in wrong for one of my kids. So my tax return will finally post April 5 but not for the right amount. I have to call the irs to get it fixed. And wait who knows how long for the rest of my money.

Do not go to this office. ..they lie about their fees..they tell u it's a $125.00..but charge u $300.00 to $500.00.They had about 4 different workers in this office in a month...a red flag in my book.very unprofessional and shady business.After they jacked up everybody taxes..now they "going by appointment only"...probably hiding from people they screwed over..They are franchised. ..go to a REAL ATC LOCATION!!!
