I had my taxes done in New Windsor, NY site in 2019. I was audited by NYS in 2022 and was told I owed money. When I contacted B. Riley I was told that even though it was there error, I was still responsible. Cost me $1000 and owed another $250 for interest. Wasn't even offered a free tax return due to their MISTAKE. Not professional and I wouldn't trust their so called expertise. Don't have them do your taxes, you will end up paying!!!!!
