I had a bad experience with this office. They would get angry if I called to ask questions about my taxes. They called me one day to sign the taxes that were supposedly already sent, I waited for more than three weeks and it turned out that they had not been sent, Call to ask they did not know what to say to me they never called me again after three days I called again. They only knew how to lie to me that the IRS had not accepted my taxes. and it turns out that they only had 24 hours to have sent them.
