Bellingham CPA Taxes & Accounting

ZERO STARS! I called to ask if they were accepting new clients to help me start up my small busines.. I was told by someone named DAN that they are available to charge me $300 for consultation but they only take a very minimal amount of clients so after I pay $300 MAYBE they will -- or will not -- help me beyond that. Who would accept that? If you are trying to come off as this high end selective agency, there are more professional ways to do that than behaving elitist. What a joke. Did I say ZERO STARS? F

Very unprofessional up until the point of us leaving. We were not explained the pricing and they ended up charging us $700+ for our business taxes and wouldn't complete our personal ones until we paid those. We asked for a report of what they had done and they wouldn't give it to us until we paid. It took them a week to get those papers to us claiming they were too busy to do so. The receptionist always had an attitude when we would call and ask questions. UPDATE: We called in to try to ask them a question

I have a complicated tax situation this year, so was seeking help and advice. It ended up just being advice because I can move forward on my own. I was charged $185 for 15 minutes! Needless to say, I was stunned. Buyer beware. Find out ahead of time what you will be charged. The small business owner ahead of me was charged $400 for the completion of their taxes--a much more reasonable deal.

I came in this year a little late in the tax season as a new client. Dan prepared my taxes in a week! Very friendly place and answered all my questions. Will be going back next year!

Over priced, the person who did my 2018 said it would be $900 it turned out to be $1600. I requested a invoice listing my updates, and the time spent on them, It was not provided. I will not have them touch my next tax return. This firm is not interested in their clients returns, just their fees. They also charge credit card fees for processing client payments. It smacks of being cheap.

Worst experience as of yet I still haven?t got my taxes back and it?s July. Just called the irs and they are redoing our taxes cause these so called professionals screwed them up that the it?s wouldn?t except them as they sent them. We did them on turbo tax before we went to these idiots and should have got near $800 more then they came up with and we paid $300 for this crappy service we will never go back. I also never leave reviews but I felt I had to here good luck and steer clear.
