Worst experience ever! Met with Jacob to discuss our needs as a new business. Quoted us a price for annual tax preparation. Process took Months! Never received a bill then bam hit with late payment and finance charges before the taxes were even complete. Then when they finally finished our taxes in September they had business owners name spelled incorrectly and added $1000.00 to the final bill stating Jacob had extra work to do because of all the paperwork involved in the new business and then tried to se

We have used Bland & Associates for 5 years now. The engagement team has been great each year. They are able to efficiently complete their field work in just a few days. They are also very well prepared when they hit our doorstep and make the process seem very streamlined for our team. They have taken the time to learn our business and have given us good suggestions, especially from a tax standpoint. I've had several great experiences with Bland! I attended the EmpowHER event in December 2019, Nikki and Danie did an excellent job walking through tax planning tips. I reached out to Danie on a few items after the event and her follow up was great. I've also had experience with Bland preparing some tax returns, their communication was excellent and their secure portal made document management very easy.

We received extremely poor service. We turned in our tax information in the middle of February. By the middle of March, I was calling every week to see if it was done. First the answer was, we need to do our corporate clients first. Then the answer was, you're second or third in line. I called on April 12 and they said it was being reviewed, but not to worry, they filed an extension for us. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they did get it done. And then we got the bill. They were absolutely amazing for a few years and not terribly priced for a small business then I got a bill for over around $700 more than I was paying the previous years when my business got shut down during Covid and told my taxes will not be filed until I pay. No explanation as to why the bill was so high that year from previous ones. Did not make anymore or have anything extra for them. They actually had less to do because I was filing as single that year instead of married with another person on it too
