The branded group decided to make our account inactive for more than a month without notifying us. Their reason was ?Employee Abuse? We never used foul language, degraded or mistreated anyone. What we did was not allow them to take advantage. We sent many emails and called their finance department every day until we received payments when they were due. We pointed out their project manager's mistakes and made sure they absorbed the costs. We decided not to sign their new contract agreement without receivin

I was called to a job for my painting services and to change a door. Person prior that changed the door, put in a wrong door and charged 10 grand to do the door. Door was wrong swing door and not plum. Customer was very upset reasonably. I told Branded Group that customer was very dissatisfied and I wanted to help rectify the issue at hand. I found a good door company and they came in and fixed it and I resumed my painting services. Customer was very happy and wants me going forward. Thank you Branded Group

We were approached by Andra Bereznay to work on Sephora projects and that started our relationship. Since then we have done thousands of dollars worth of work orders all over the US on various projects (St. Louis, Denver, Boston, Raleigh), for branded group. Thought this would be a good relationship but they took forever to pay. They promised 45 day net, but after numerous phone calls, emails and constant excuses by everyone we contacted, we still had NOT been paid for a small job we did for them. I feel fortunate that they finally sent us a check for payment after 87 days. I would not accept another job from these folks. Disorganized and poor understanding of client needs. Branded group was managing a very simple painting, carpet cleaning and wallpaper project. What should of took a couple week, ended up lasting 4 months. They hired poor quality painters who had to return three times. The mural had to be removed and rehung. Finished the job on time and having outstanding balance $16K including other small projects for almost 2mo. Very difficult to deal with. they reached out to me for a security job that need filled. Completed the work still have not been paid. Turning them into the licensing board so other contractors will be aware. Would highly suggest recording all calls with them. They will tell you everything you want to hear just to get you to work with them. Not once did they ask for a copy of my insurance or my license. Got a call from Ashley to handle a client in Columbus. Very personal yet professional. Since this was my first call with them they paid when the job was done. From what I've seen in the above reviews the executive management seems ready to resolve problems and be accountable when things aren't being met on their end. I was contracted out to a store during after hours time and I went out with no hesitation did the work and completed it sent all paperwork in and signatures and they stated they did not receive my invoice which is a lie and refused to pay me my money and still have the audacity to call me for help. I see this happens frequently they do not pay their contractors.

We did a job for them with net 45 payment term. But we have not been paid after more than 70 days. They keep giving excuse to another week and another week for payment. If you are a contractor think 1000 times before taking any jobs from them, seeems they had issues with paying you on time. Hides major details in order to get what they want. Once they have done what they need done from you they no longer are interested in taking your calls or paying you for the work you have done.
