Honest Review! 1. Making an appointment with the receptionist was difficult. She was rude and not friendly. 2. I was quoted $150 for tax preparation for my husband and myself. I also found a $25 discount code in the main website for $25 off. We were charged $250 with "$25 discount code." Never did we get informed by receptionist when making an appointment that they charged you an extra 3.25% to pay with a credit card for tax preparation service. 3.
