I have been a client of Bryan Parker CPA for a long time and have nothing but positive things to say about Bryan and his staff. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs an accountant.
Bryan L. Parker CPA and the staff are excellent to work with. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have done our taxes for several years and they are quick and thorough. Bryan is quick to respond to questions and the staff also there if you need anything. As a small business owner it?s good knowing they have lots of experience with businesses and keep current with tax code changes.
Bryan Parker CPA has provided excellent financial services to our small business. We found him just a few weeks after opening our doors. He has helped with taxes, financial planning, payroll and more. I highly recommend Bryan Parker CPA to anyone looking for accounting and finance help.
I have had an excellent experience with Bryan Parker and his staff. They are always very responsive when I have questions about my taxes (or any other questions) for my real estate business. Sarah has gone and above for me the last couple of weeks when I needed help. I highly recommend their services.
Bryan Parker has handled our accounting for over 10 years. He and his staff are professional, courteous and always respond promptly. We would certainly recommend Bryan's firm to other businesses, our friends and family.
Bryan Parker has been my accountant and financial adviser for over ten years. I find him to be very honest, extremely knowledgeable, dedicated to serving his clients, and easy to do business with. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for either an account or financial adviser. I find it really reassuring to know Bryan is on your side when I receive those irritating letters from the IRS. Ron Waddell Sterrett, Al
As a newly opened business, we knew it was necessary to properly manage our finances. We didn?t have enough money in the budget to hire a full time accountant, so we had to settle with an accounting service. We worked closely with Bryan Parker and were able to prosper financially from the get go! The company is almost a year old now, and we?ve seen great success. Thanks!
Bryan and his staff were super to work with in getting our taxes done. My husband and I are both independent contractors and Bryan took time to meet with us to let us know how to make the most of business deductions. He also talked to us about when and how to set up a business and save even more on taxes. We will use him again!
Bryan and his team do fantastic work , they are friendly and they always help you out in case you have any questions . I feel lucky to have them as my accountant and would only trust Bryan l Parker and his team with all my business related items .
We have been using Mr. Parker for 13 years now for our business and personal bookkeeping. He has assembled a great team and they do a fantastic job. We thank you and hope to continue with many years of partnership.
Always a pleasure working w/ Bryan Parker and his staff. Even after we relocated over an hour away my wife and I continue to use Bryan for our tax needs. Highly recommend!
Mr. Parker is AMAZING!!! He is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and best of all superior professionalism at an affordable price!!! I will definitely continue using his services for both my business and personal accounting affairs!!! Thanks Mr. Parker!!
Bryan Parker and his staff, along with his wife Pat, have been consistent, efficient accounting advisors for our family for many years. Mr. Parker has a wide scope of business experience in many different industries, so is definitely the "gp-to" person.
Bryan Parker is the best! His attention to detail was awesome. He takes his time to explain ways to save money and gives great tax advice! I highly recommend Bryan Parker!!!
First time using him. Very professional and efficient! Will definitely be referring my friends and family to him. Office staff is friendly as well! Thanks Mr. Parker for a job well done!
Opening a business and planning its future is not that easy; I learned that first hand. Six months ago, I opened a local business in Jefferson County and was excited to be my own boss, but I did not have much knowledge or skills about running a business or creating a business plan. Bryan L. Parker CPA was able to help me create an effective business plan, as well perform bookkeeping. I am now more confident about my business and its future.
We are small agency providing ABA Therapy. Tom and Bryan haven been wonderful to work with. Tom came to our office, met with us and answered all of our questions. He continues to be very quick to answer anything from the smallest to the largest question I may have. We are extremely pleased!! Highly recommend.
What a great company to take the worry and stress out of dealing with the IRS! Very personable exec and staff! Definitely recommend Bryan Parker CPA for all of your tax needs.
By far the best experience ever in taking care of our taxes. BLPCPA is the most thorough and experienced Firm that I have ever dealt with in completing taxes. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. If you are not using BLPCPA as your Accountant then you are really missing out!
I had to give a star to review Mr. Parker. My. Parker is the Accountant for my neighborhood's H.O.A. I was relatively new to the neighborhood just buying my home 2 years prior to investigating the H.O.A. I was unable to get any financial information from the only board member so I went to Mr.Parker. His Secertary was so kind and very helpful and I appreciated that. She told me Mr. Parker was not in the office after returning from an office. I asked her some questions and she went back and forth to the same
Have been using turbo tax for years and never had to much trouble with it until recently. Had BLPCPA go back over my taxes because of some things that didn't look right. They found some things that turbox was doing wrong and redid 2 years of my taxes plus this current year to help me lower my tax bill. Excellent customer service and a quick turnaround time
Very service oriented. Different from what we were used to in Ohio, where they prepared everything right in front of us. Here after they fit us into their busy schedule, and discussed our needs we found out the cost dropped off our tax records then when they were ready came and picked up our paper work.
Bryan Parker CPA does a great job on our taxes and payroll processing. I highly recommend his firm.
We feel very comfortable to have Bryan Parker do our tax returns. He is very prompt and efficient.
Bryan met with me on short notice. Calm cool and collected, he reviewed my paperwork, charged me a more than fair rate, I thought. Highly recommended.
Bryan and his team strive for excellence! Great experience getting my tax return completed! Very knowledgeable and friendly service!
Brian does a fabulous job for his clients and is very responsive and accurate. He is quite knowledgeable and shares that knowledge openly.
No one looks forward to tax season, but Bryan Parker, CPA, and his staff help ease the anxiety of filing the necessary forms on time and with accuracy.
The team is so friendly and easy to work with. No question is a dumb question and they go above and beyond to make your tax season and payroll needs a very smooth process!
Excellent and fast on completing my taxes and more money back then if I had done myself. Great advise on financial planning. Friendly and professional staff
We have used Bryan Parker for 10 years and have been very pleased. We highly recommend them.
Bryan and his staff takes the stress away from your tax needs and payroll requirements. Highly recommended !!!
I called Mr. Parker to find a few answers and he went out of his way to answer them. I would highly recommend him for your financial business concerns.
We have been so pleased with Bryan Parker CPA. They are always timely and efficient. I would highly recommend!
Best CPA firm. Extremely knowledgeable and personable when handling business affairs.
Doesn't have time for his clients, nice guy but obviously not big enough to take on what he says he can.
Great customer service. Always patient in explaining things so that you understand new guidelines, laws etc. Fast turn around time.
He got me a ton more back on my personal taxes than doing it myself online. Will be back next year for sure!
Excellent service at a reasonable price. Thanks for all of your hard work!!!
Highly professional in all aspects.
Look for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, which ensures they’ve passed rigorous exams and meet state requirements. Check for relevant experience in your industry, additional certifications like CFA or CMA, and membership in professional organizations like the AICPA. Verify their credentials through state licensing boards.
Use online directories like the AICPA, CPAverify, or state CPA societies. Search platforms like Yelp or Google for local CPAs with reviews. Ask for referrals from business associates, friends, or financial advisors. Local chambers of commerce can also provide recommendations.
A CPA is a licensed professional who has passed the CPA exam and met state requirements for education and experience. An accountant may lack this certification and could have varying levels of expertise. For complex tasks like tax audits or financial reporting, a CPA is typically more qualified.
Ask about their experience with your specific financial needs, such as tax preparation, small business accounting, or estate planning. Review their website or LinkedIn for case studies or client testimonials. Inquire about their client base to ensure they handle similar financial situations.
Yes, reviews provide insight into a CPA’s reliability, communication, and performance. Check platforms like Google, Yelp, or the Better Business Bureau for client feedback. Look for patterns in reviews, but verify their authenticity, as some may be biased or outdated.
Visit your state’s Board of Accountancy website or use CPAverify.org to check a CPA’s license status. Confirm their license is active and check for any disciplinary actions or complaints. This ensures they’re in good standing and meet professional standards.
Ask about their experience with your financial needs, fee structure, availability, and communication style. Inquire how they handle tax filings, audits, or financial planning. Ask for references or examples of similar work to assess their expertise and fit.
Fees vary based on location, services, and complexity. Basic tax preparation may cost $150-$500, while business accounting or audits can range from $1,000 to $10,000+. Request a detailed fee structure upfront and compare quotes from multiple CPAs.
Yes, many CPAs offer remote services through secure online platforms for document sharing and virtual consultations. Ensure they use encrypted tools for data security. Remote CPAs can be effective if they understand your local tax laws or business regulations.
During consultations, evaluate their ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Ask sample questions about taxes or financial strategies and note their responsiveness and clarity. Good communication ensures you understand their advice and fosters a productive relationship.
Beware of CPAs who guarantee specific tax refunds, lack a valid license, or have disciplinary actions on record. Avoid those with poor communication, vague fee structures, or negative reviews highlighting unethical behavior. Always verify their credentials independently.
Large firms offer more resources and specialized teams but may charge higher fees. Solo practitioners often provide personalized service and lower costs but may have limited availability. Choose based on your needs, budget, and preference for personalized attention.
For individuals, annual meetings for tax preparation may suffice. Businesses may need quarterly or monthly check-ins for bookkeeping, tax planning, or financial reporting. Discuss your needs upfront to establish a meeting schedule that aligns with your financial goals.
Yes, many CPAs handle both, but confirm their expertise in both areas. Ask about their experience managing personal taxes and business accounting simultaneously. Ensure they can balance both without compromising attention to your specific financial needs.
Discuss concerns directly with your CPA to resolve issues. If unresolved, check your contract for termination terms. Seek a new CPA by researching reviews, credentials, and referrals. Request your financial records to ensure a smooth transition to a new professional.
