These guys are legit, I recommend them to everyone in my life who has a car or is even thinking about buying a car. I?ve had very unfortunate car luck over the past several years but Budd & Co have always been there to tackle every issue! They?re very honest, kind, and communicative throughout any process and they truly go out of their way to help their customers. I would give them every star if I could, best auto shop in Seattle!

I wanted to write and say how much I appreciate Budd & Company. They always take great care of my car and me, and their customer service is excellent. Shout out to Brian and Anthony in the front room for being stand-up guys and helping me out above and beyond expectations. Solid team and solid service. While much of Seattle has lost its integrity, Budd & Company consistently surprises me and maintains a standard of excellence. They take pride in their work. Do not hesitate working with them.

I was already spending $414 to get my car fixed and then I was told that I needed a lightbulb and they wanted to charge me $30 for it to install it. I felt this was not right because a friend of mine that I recommended to The Shop had an oil change done and she needed a headlight bulb replaced and they did it for free for her without her even asking for it in total. My bill came to approximately $418. Luckily, they gave me the lightbulb for free, but it wasn?t easy. It was with a bit of difficulty.

I love Budd's! In addition to excellent service, the staff provide friendly, truly respectful, transparent information about what is needed, and can help prioritize repairs for folks like me who need to triage expensive repairs. Every time I go to Budd & Co I'm reminded of what elevates this auto shop above all the others I've been to. Today I noticed a headlamp was out in my car after work. Missed the simplest details. Brought my car in for an ac recharge a few months back and the caps to the ac lines weren't replaced. I brought my car back in to get it checked out and specifically stated the caps weren't put on originally, which was written down on the intake form. Next day picked up my car and checked and the caps weren't replaced a second time and my battery cover wasn't replaced properly and had fallen to the bottom of the engine bay.
