Incredibly disappointed by the horrible experience we had with Burge and Associates. I own several businesses and have worked with many accounting firms in the past but have never seen such poor customer service. We worked with two people, Brett, and Ramon. Great firm. They did my 2016 taxes and were able to save me a good bit of money compared to my previous years of returns. They also gave me some great advice based on mine and my spouses income level on how we could adjust our withholdings to avoid having to pay anymore than we have to. I used Burge and Associates to do our 2015 taxes. The person that did them completely missed two W2 documents and a year later I have received a notice that the taxes were incorrect. We now not only owe $2k+ based on the amended return, but an additional $500 because of an underreporting fee and interest. I would not recommend using this company to do any form of accounting. Please try someone else.
