Zero Stars!!!! We started with Victor in 2016 and for the past 2 years it's been the same. You make an appointment and they won't call you at the appt time and if they do they call super late!!! Today I had an appointment and they never called!! 30 min later I decided to call them and said " hey no one called me " and Victor answered me by saying"what is your question" what do you need" I said "I had an appointment " he replied by saying he was super busy and will call me back when they have time!!!! I expr

Had my taxes done here for the first time and they were wonderful. Victor is very efficient and answer all your questions. My experience was very pleasant for me and my husband. Stress free and worry free and we got the tax re fund we deserved. Also i love that his filing fee is very reasonably priced at $69. Will be coming here for many years! Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! The office feels very welcoming and nicely decorated. Victor is very professional and trust worthy. Decided to try this place since as you can see they have good reviews but I unfortunately had a bad experience. I made an appointment with in a week. I took my tax documents and dependents info to the appointment but the tax preparer refused to see me or even start the process since I apparently did not have all documents needed including a utility bill? I would have appreciated if when making the appointment or days to the appointment they would have informed me of all documents needed. The same day I went

My taxes were a mess but Mr. Cruz was wonderful. His office is comfortable and he immediately makes you feel at home and in good hands. He handled some worrisome issues for me quickly, patiently, and with a non-judgmental, happy attitude, even after I inadvertently caused a huge problem with my paperwork. I won't ever go anywhere else.

His so professional and helped me with my tax return I went to other places and they were not able to help me I went with him and not only did he help me but was able to get me the most money on my return I'm so happy and thankful. Overall, it was an okay experience. The receptionist was very polite & offered me something to drink. Victor was really busy & was talking to another customer over the phone while preparing my taxes. I felt I had a lot of questions, but I'm honestly very shy. He rolled his eyes while answering that customer over the phone & that made me uneasy. I made the mistake of not asking for all the pages of the tax return before signing & did not realized he placed the wrong address until after I left. I went back. H
