Cake Mortgage

Just did a Heloc with cake mortgage a month ago I know my payment is due this month which is me. I haven't received any physical bill. I'm calling them. No answer. It goes straight to voicemail. I left a message for them. No call back.

Then, the underwriter called back several of the approved documents from my loan, stating that he "cleared them to keep the file moving and that they are actually not approved / cleared at this point in time". He then sent over a totally new set of requests that pushed our transaction OUT OF CONTRACT, eventually leading to the loss of my earnest money deposit. Before going with Millennial I checked the reviews and it seemed everyone was happy with them, they offered a rate no one could match so was pretty excited. I locked in with a 3.125% and followed through with the rest of the needed paperwork. Things were smooth, my house was appraised, everything just seemed like it was moving right along until I got a call that my loan didn't pass the QM process and that my "guaranteed" rate of 3.125% would change to 3.49%.
