Filed my taxes wrong and now won't help me find out what's going on, ive called them multiple times and have been extremely patient and understanding that their time is limited, but now they've just decided to wash their hands of me. Went to California business company to get tags and got charged an extra $60 dollars on top of my tags just for not having the registration paper with me when questioning about the charges the owner approached us while open carrying his firearm. They don't tell you about the $60 extra plus just to renew registration tags. The owner says it's not his responsibility to tell us that's how they make their money with a rude tone.. and that so pretty much they like robbing people.. they charged $30 fee registrat

Great service and no long lines. Worth the small fee to save so much time. At the DMV, even with an appointment it takes over an hour. I have a AAA membership, but CBC was able to take care of a complex registration that they couldn't.

Went in to have a document notarized. There were two other people waiting plus one customer at the desk while he was on the phone with another customer. We sat down and waited. After a long wait, another customer arrived and he told him to sign in. They have a Horrible DMV system and service. I came here to renew my Registration the day before yesterday, at 400pm. They told me they could not do any renwels after 4pm cause DMV systems close at that time. I understood and left. The next day, I returned around 230pm, only to be told that the DMV systems were down and they could not do renewals. This time something didn't seem right to me. I kinda was not buying it, So I decided to immediately go to another location that provides DMV Service as well. I

I had to repay what I got back in taxes from 4 years ago because they were inaccurate done according to the audit. Thus I had to pay everything back plus penalties. IRS went directly to my employer to collect the money from my paycheck, not coming back here again.
