Use caution when using this company to prepare your taxes. I was referred to Jose Luis (owner) by a coworker and drove from Apple Valley (60ish miles) | should have known when my appointment was at 9am and wasn't assisted until after 11:30am. I have been a client of Carrillo's Income Tax for very long time. Since I started working and was required to file taxes (1998). All the personnel is so nice and knowledgeable. Jose L Carrillo and Lorena Carrillo (owners) don't act like owners though ,they treat everyone like a family. No wonder why they have so many clients and years in the same location. I trust anyone there, since they are trained by Jose Luis and he knows the tax laws like the back of his hand.

So unprofessional?. They want you to do what they say. And they report you to the IRS. They want you to file the way they want you to file taxes, they only look out for their wealth and not yours. Never coming back.
