I honestly thought I got a scam call when I first picked up. But the customer service rep that was assigned with my case, Uri, was patient and answered all my questions. They even gave me time to verify the debt with the original business before processing any payment. Overall, good customer service.

Although they couldn't offer me any money off the entire balance due, and there was an 85.00 charge for using the CC option, David helped process the payment and ensure I had the correct documentation sent to my email to satisfy the credit agencies. Hello, This was my first in this situation (amongst many recent first that have had my faith tested and grown). I felt a bit of anxiety, but I sincerely believe I couldn't have been placed into a kinder set of hands. I also spoke with two more gentlemen before my case worker, Kane. This place is a scam. They sent me a bill for $700 for enrollment fee for a university that I graduated from almost 10 years ago. I tried to dispute it with them and asked them to send me documentation and they said they would email me but they never did. Also the debt does not show up in my collection credit report. This is a scam. Ignore these people or report them.

This company is an unscrupulous den of confidence men. They try touse deception and trickery to force payment for fake debts. They will breach SETTLEMENT agreements. I made a payment for my account over seas over in the beginning of November. I was told payment was sent to reinstate my account was sent 12/4. I am now being jerked around by both cedars and the account holder saying they have sent payment and them not receiving it. All this because I didn?t renew a subscription. I will be reporting the payment as fraud if this is not straightened out immediately. I have paid for a service that is being held by cedars and have not yet received it.

I received a letter in the mail from Cedars about a past due fine from a trip to Italy. The Italian police department had been sending the fine to the wrong address and so I did not receive the previous communications. Ryan, the Cedars employee I spoke with on the phone, informed me of the process to pay the fine and assured me that it would not get sent to collections and affect my credit score. I received 6 letters from Cedars Business Services(CBS) all in the same day in December 2023 stating that my former employer from 4 years ago filed a claim that I owed them money. One thing that was disturbing was that the there were no USPS postmarks on the envelope with just the preprinted ?business rate PRIORITY FIRST CLASS MAILl U.S. POSTAGE PAID? with no postal cancellation marks on ANY of the 6 envelopes I received that day. Two of the letters were dated August 16, 2022 and November 29th, 2023 !!! I

These people report fake debt and will not tell you how and who you owe the amount to. It's sad that you cannot contact them to enquire about the situation.
