Central Valley 1040 Tax Return

My wife & I went first thing and luckily we were able to be helped. Rusel explained everything in words to make us understand. He answered all our questions. He maintained professionalism while still making us feel welcomed & comfortable. We were satisfied with everything & plan to be long term customers here.

I genuinely do not understand the 5 star reviews. Russel filed my taxes. But you can't pay your taxes through his service. He only directs you to a check payment option or some website that charges$85 to electronically pay. Figured out how to pay online for free (gov website) through Russel, after having to call. Paid taxes through government website. Now getting a letter from the IRS saying I didn't pay my taxes for the first time in my life. But I did. But this system doesn't work. Now I have to sit on ho
