I worked with Brenda Torres and I could not be happier with the service I received from her and the company overall. I saved THOUSANDS in interest and also paid my debt in an incredibly short time period. When it came time to pay off completely, Brenda was great at advising me the best way to do so and I can't praise her high enough. The amount of anxiety this business saved me from is worth it hands down. I didn't experience any judgement from them, they were helpful and kind and incredible to work with.

This was one of the best moves we have made in our financial journey. We were able to pay off 50,000 dollars in debt in 4 years without hurting our credit. It was a struggle for that 4 years but we did it and now we are free from that debt. I highly recommend CCC to anyone wanting to get out of debt and take back control of your financial future.

I have worked with Brenda Torres for almost two years at CCC. She has always provided wonderful experience and exceptional service in helping me with my creditors. Brenda is always quick to respond and assist with exceptional industry knowledge. I spoke with her on the phone and her smile always shows over the phone. Brenda goes above and beyond in trying to help me, and if she doesn't know the answer (extremely rare) she is upfront and will say so, but always goes to find an answer.

John is RUDE and condescending so request a different counselor if you sign up for this program. Of note, representative ?Brenda? was patient, helpful, kind and courteous.

Called looking for a way to settle my debt spoke to Kelly He was very informative and very helpful and very patient taking the time to break it down for me and direct me the right direction thank you so much.

I was drowning in credit card debt with no hope of getting out from under it. I heard about this company from my Mom and they were AMAZING! The payments were as low as 209 a month for all three cards. I paid 600ish instead and was able to pay off 8000 dollars worth of debt is 8months. I highly recommend!

Good communications. Very responsive and professional. I recommend them if and when you need credit card payments management better that bankruptcy which stays on your credit report for 10 years, and may prevent you from some employment and or housing rentals.

We went through CCC to pay off all our credit card debt that we had accumulated over 15 years. We are now completely debt free except for mortgage. CCC really helped us to lower the interest rates and get it all paid off. They were always very kind and helpful. Don't give up!! Ask for help!! If we can do it, you can too!!

An outstanding company. I was really in a bad spot, unfortunately I had problems still as I was going through the program and they helped me then also. In 5 years with their help I paid off over $95,000. Truly my family is blessed now. We have cash to buy things, not credit cards or loans anymore. I have been using CCC for about 2 years now. My credit score is improving and I expect to be debt free in 3 years or less. I reccomend this company to anyone struggling to get out from under high APRs and monthly payments that get you no closer to financial freedom. Best research I ever spent preparing for this move with CCC. Time well invested.

I am so glad that I went with CCC, they were terrific and helpful from the beginning and it gave me hope that I could conquer my credit debt. Every time I sent an email with a question, I got a response the same day. Great work guys!

I attempted to use their services but the communication was LACKING! It seemed like as soon as my personal information was given, I had to call or email at least twice to get a response. My assigned person was J. Baker, and he was awful. After taking forever to get back to me, I did my own investigating and saw I can get the exact same rate directly from my credit card company.... Meaning I don't have to pay the monthly fee they charge and I don't have to share my information with these "sketchy" people . F

Neile was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of grace as I deliberated this process over the course of about 5 months before finally jumping in. She was faithful in her followup and really helped me wrap my head around what makes the most sense to help me dig out if my credit card debt. I'm so grateful!

Horrible Service!!! Wow Christian organization? Really? Enrollment specialist needs to work on customer service skills. Never calls back, never answers the phone. When I finally get to talk to the individual very rude and tries to make you feel like you owe them something. Would mention the name of individual but can't go down to that level.
