Trustworthy, responsible and competent, I have been using client tax for many years, first with Sarmad and subsequently with Richard B. They have helped me through Revocable Living trust as well as personal and joint tax returns. Sometimes things are delayed, but late filing has never had any adverse consequences or cost. Horrible service. Please stay away. I had a completed 1040 forms and Sarmad made me wait for one week with no response. After a week, he called me and told me to come to his office in the middle of Covid pandemic and refused to discuss any changes. When I asked if I can do virtual appointment for safety reasons, he hanged up on me and told me to find someone else. Why did you keep me hanging for one week and told me that you can't do anything 2 days before taxes.
