Chris was an amazing CPA. I have used his services since 2011 and up until 2021 I never had any complaints. Last year was the first year someone other than Chris did our taxes. Communication was very poor and the time frame was longer than expected. The worst part is that the fee tripled between 2020 and 2021 and we weren't notified until after our taxes were prepared. I called again this year and asked if the fees had normalized and to my dismay they were even higher. It's heart breaking what happened to C

I have used Chris for several years and not had a problem. This year is a complete turn around. I gave them my tax paperwork months ago, and still have not had them filed. No one answers the phone, and no one returns calls when you leave a message. There is no communication from them at all. If you know that you have too much work, and it will take months to do someone's taxes, you need to let them know. This is terrible service, and not a good way to run a business.
