I was sent a bill even before my taxes were filed and that took 2 weeks after we signed them for them to submit them. I asked for help for a payment plan and was told to do it myself. They threw a former accountant under the bus and told me "they lost money on filing my taxes". The system used for 2023 tax organizer was very easy to use and complete. However i have had no luck completing tax organizer with the new workio system.

HORRIBLE experience. Josh at CMP said I was trying to scam him, discriminated against taking as a client because had internal lack of communication. When I called back to ask for an explanation, he made some nonsense excuses and hung up. WOULD NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I worked with Mr. Chase at Logan, UT branch for our 2020 and 2021 tax return plus 2019 tax amendment. For both 2020 and 2021 we had to file our tax return in two different states besides federal.
