My husband contacted this firm over a year ago. We had several deaths in our family back to back. We had moved 3 times taking care of sick parents. We told this firm we had zero documentation. We were told this would not be a problem, we would just fill out authorization forms and they would handle it. The process was very professional and I was kept up to date as it happened.

I believe they are competent. However, communications are really bad. I'm calling and emailing 3-4 times in order to get a call back. My case may be more difficult than others but I'm at over a year right now. I'm giving 2 stars because they have worked long on it and I believe they have put forth a great effort but I could be mistaken. Frustrated would be the word to describe using them. Coast One reached out to me and sold me on how great they are. Just not impressed yet.

They charged me 3k to file for 4 returns, but when the state wanted to put a lien on my bank account, they refused to help and want more money.
