It's okay. They just prep taxes i specifically asked 2 years ago when I sold a house and I have a superlate model I run I wanted to meet in person. But they didn't listen just had me pay 350$ for a simple return as a jeep worker and I know beezer they told me I had to bring in the slip to get my 50$ off well jokes on them I won't use them again I guess ya build a name just to not do what a customer asks and then belittle like I'm sorry the w2 is from jeep why should I have to bring the slip in ya being pet

Received tax results in just a few days, which compares favorably to other local independent tax preparers. Service not inexpensive, even for a relatively simple return. Have never had a return challenged, so assume so audit checking software used, similar to canned tax programs.

So here's the deal: this place gets great reviews. That's precisely why I picked them. However, they royally screwed up my taxes last year. Bad. And to boot, when I took my taxes in last year, it took them SIX WEEKS to do them, to the point that I was literally one day away from just going there to get my paperwork to go file with another company. TLDR: I am astounded at how poor her communication is, and I'm incredibly upset at her misrepresentation of how quickly she can work. She new from our initial consult that we are not the average return. I got my taxes done there two times and the last time was two tax seasons ago and I went there a week before they were due and had to get back to them about one thing and they had a week to put in the amount and they didn?t do it and automatically extended my taxes which I had to pay a big penalty with the IRS for the the months and just trying to get ahold of someone because they close the doors without notice so I drove two times for 25-30 minutes each way because they decided they wanted to close the doo

Went in January to meet with Laura, gave her all my information to do quarterly payments for self emoloyment, was directed to call the first of April to give her info, called on the 1st, gave Laura all my tax information, and said she was going to call me on how much I owe. Me and my wife filed our taxes here for the past 4 years everything goes well for the most part for the 2021 tax year we filed and the lady said we owe 5000 so we said ok when we went back to sign they told us we owed 7200 when we inquired how it went up she lied and said she told us it was 7200 she couldn?t even remember us when we came in the second time but yet still she remember telling us it was 7200 anyway we will not be filing their anymore that?s the last business they are getting from us .
