Another case of being ghosted and not returning calls or messages. It is the day before the filing deadline. I had everything loaded into the portal in FEBRUARY!! The website says 7-10 days, not 2 months. I have been leaving messages since March, with NO reply. Took all of my paperwork for my personal and business taxes, and then ghosted me for about 6 months. I got late penalties because of it. She lost all of said paperwork. Won't answer emails and is NEVER in the office. I've spoken with several other people she's done this to. She should not be taking on any new clients if she can't handle it, and I asked that specific question at our consultation meeting. She assured me she could handle a new client. Worst accountant ever! Takes your money! Does nothing to help you out. Paid my money back in the 2nd week of February 2020 to have taxes done. Still have not gotten them back! Don't bother trying to call to talk to anyone, you'll get a recording to leave a message. But you never get a return call, text, email, etc. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Will never let her company do anything for me again. Joklin Tax!
