Helen Huckeba is a superstar! I had to register our business through CorpNet and the process was very smooth. I received an email that there was missing information on the application. Called CS and worked with Helen to get connected our account, identify the missing information, and got it updated in just minutes. She was friendly, personable, and super helpful. I need to add another state in the next couple weeks and glad to be working with CorpNet on that state registration.

I purchased the package to assist with setting up payroll tax and the service has been awful. I can't get responses from the person that send me questions. I keep getting responses from different people and it's been about 15 days and I have no state tax information. They keep emailing me to ask to purchase additional services but my initial request isn't complete.

This is a ONE TIME service that files information for payroll taxes. I signed up through Quickbooks who makes it seem like you need to use this service to sign up for the proper account #s to pay your taxes. YOU DON'T. You can file them yourself through your state. Customer service was polite, but confirmed the information above. As a first time business owner who is navigating the many aspects of running a business, this was misleading both from Quickbooks and CorpNet.
