I called in without an appointment and was immediately put through the owner, Rodney Meeks. I had a fairly complex question and Rodney took his time to listen, and eventually even share his own personal history of a similar nature. He gave me precise advice loaded with not just his personal experience but with facts. He was A plus. No salesmanship, no ego. Just helpful. He didn't even accept payment. How can I help you, I asked. "Just spread the word that we are good people" so I decided to do that

I'll give them 3 stars. Why? Because they only care about collecting and even though they let you talk, they just like ?oh, ok, do you want to make a payment??. Apparently, I had an account with them because their client wouldn't talk to me about a balance from 2020. So, when CCS contacted me, I was surprised, but I did my part investigating what the balance was about, if the full amount was mine or not, and why was they reason it was unpaid until 2024. CCS basically told me it was my full responsibility an

Awful company, I've tried to work with them several times over the last couple years and they've done nothing. Given me an inaccurate bill and expect me to pay 2 years of interest when they are the ones who ignore my calls and requests. I'd been requesting they give me a statement of the bill for 2 years, never got one. Finally, I try emailing them, legit received it in a week and I'm convinced it's because they knew I'd have proof doing it over email that I requested it. I've tried to work it out with them
