Felicia Adams was awesome. Super transparent and efficient while being very respectful. Was able to provide documents to dispute charges with another entity after payment was placed. Would recommend to a friend lol.
We were recently made aware of a bill that had either been lost in the mail or just somehow simply disappeared.? As a result,? the bill was sent to collections. Having never dealt with a collection agency before, but hearing nightmares from people who had. Naturally,? I anticipated the worst. Within seconds of speaking with Veronica I knew I was in the most capable hands. Her kindness, knowledge and professionalism felt like a breath of fresh air. She was simply a pure delight. And knew how to get this issu
Called regarding a disputed invoice. The person who helped me (Veronica) was very helpful and understanding of the situation. While I imagine these calls can be very unpleasant because of their nature, this experience was amazing. These are the kind of folks who are understand we are all human. Handled my situation with 100% professionalism
I had a Westpac Labs invoice that got lost in my mail. I read reviews before calling and this is a legit business. I read that Felicia was great to work with, so I requested her! She was so nice and pleasant to talk to! We got everything squared away in minutes and all is good! Thank you Felicia ??
We've been using Barbara at Creditors Bureau for a few years now. She's quick to get back to us (never takes too long) and she's very friendly and helpful. We have multiple accounts with her and trust they are doing a great job. Collections is incredibly hard with regulations in place that I just don't have time to follow. It's good to know I have someone in place to help me collect the money I worked so hard to earn.
My first experience, ever. Service provided by Felicia Adam and Ashley were PHENOMENAL. They both were knowledgeable, patience and diligently assisted me throughout the whole process. Thank you again, Felicia and Ashley!!
JOE ALEMAN assisted me in trying to resolve an issue I was faced with. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND COMPASSIONATE. I'm SO THANKFUL ?? I GOT HIM ON THE LINE WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THIS MATTER. HE IS A GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY.
Barbara is very efficient. She's always very helpful! It seems like she never sleeps at night and is always working too. My inquires are always answered within the same day and if not, the next?NEVER days later. Thank you!
I just want to thank Veronica for her help with my father?s bill. She helped him so much and was very caring and understanding. My dad is older and she was very helpful to him.
When you are in a member oriented business like a private country club, you don't often have to turn members over for collections... but when we do...Barbara and her team make it an easy, pain-free process! From being able to upload all the paperwork right to the website, and getting an assignment acknowledgement shortly thereafter, to the phone call and email exchanges as we keep each other updated with new info, Barbara is always amazing, patient, personable and professional. We've been contacted by other
I am here to say that Veronica is absolutely amazing and fabulous! I had a person yesterday from the same company who was very rude to me and of course I'm thinking that's how collection companies act, but today I was pleasantly surprised by Veronica?s kindness, attention to detail, and so very helpful, filled with love and positivity. I really wanted to speak with her supervisor to give her kudos, but Veronica asked me to write a review here. I am a public safety officer which covers fire, police, and para
Felicia Adams was my rep - very friendly and easy to work with, made a courtesy adjustment easily, advised that the debt was not yet reported to credit bureau. good experience.
I am a college student with pretty good credit so when I got the letter In the mail about collections I was so annoyed, however, Felicia Adams was the kind lady who helped me and saved my credit score just in time. Very patient and professional? better customer service than the people who threw me in collections *cough cough quest diagnostics*. She was able to take my payment and give me confirmation and peace of mind :-)
I received the best service from Felicia Adams. She is professional and took her time with all the questions I had. Thank you Felicia!

Representative Felicia Adams, was extremely helpful and patient in addressing the concerns of her client, she was respectful even toned and Professional. In this case she was dealing with an elderly client who had some confusion as to the billing, I am the son of that client, and I was impressed by Mrs. Adams ability to keep Focus and help bring the situation to positive conclusion. Some times there are not enough words to convey gratitude, so I will end by saying thank you Felicia.
Jocelyn is absolutely amazing. Truly goes the extra mile to resolve issues. She has terrific customer service and her soft skills would make her an exceptional employee/leader in any company. I hope this company acknowledges how spectacular she is...and yes, this is a real review.
We called in to settle an unknown debt my mom had through all here medical visits. Mrs Ramos was very polite and experienced. She showed patience and empathy towards my mom and reassured her that she was really there to help. And boy did she!!!! I hope she gets employee of the month recognition

We have worked with this company for a few years now & our office is very happy with the assistance received from Creditors Bureau in collecting debts owed. Good customer service & quick payment turn arounds.

I didn't realize I had an outstanding debt until Credit Karma notified me. I called Creditors Bureau and talked to Felicia who quickly sorted everything out for me. She was friendly, professional and very efficient. Thank you!
I've done some work with Courtney and Alex at Creditors Bureau USA and I'm impressed with the depth of knowledge and attention to detail in the collection process. Creditors Bureau USA is a great company and partner!
Getting calls from creditors can be very stressful, but Veronica provided wonderful customer service and was very empathetic and patient, answering all of my questions regarding the bills and ways to pay them.
The representative, Felicia Adams, was professional and extremely helpful in resolving my issue. Felicia offered options, resources and approaches that I was able to apply in order to expedite and resolve my issue.
Felicia Adam's was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. She is the first agent from Ctedit bureau who was able to help us get the problem corrected with Westpac labs.
Felicia Adams was not only courteous and patient but I was handled with true professionalism. I didn't expect to get such pleasant service from a debt collector, who knew? Thanks again, Felicia!
Barbara and team were communicative throughout the process and responded actively with us. It's an unfortunate and uncomfortable position to be in having unsettled debts with customers, but they made the process as headache free as one could ask for. We will absolutely be utilizing their services for these situations in the future.
This was my first experience with an overdue bill. David Rubio was very helpful. Thank you very much, David. June Chatterjee
I spoke to Felicia Adams, she offered me great service and answered questions appropriately.
Called to settle a debt I didn't know I had until I recently ran a credit report. I called and talked to two women, one to get my reference number and one to pay my debt. Both were very nice I was surprised! My address/the collection was 5 years old, I wish I had been notified years ago and could have paid it off!
Felycia Adams was great! She was friendly and able to help me quickly! Thank you!
They have poor customer service and do not provide the information I need.
The best possible experience with a debt collection agency. I worked with an agent named Selicia on a weirdly convoluted collection over the course of a couple weeks, and she managed to not only get everything sorted out and taken care of super quickly, she was also extremely nice about it and helped me repair my credit score. The best!
Ms. Adams was extremely helpful and informative about the process. Adams was very kind and polite. Thank you so much Ms. Adams!
I spoke with Ralph on the phone, who made making my payment through the phone an easy and fluid process. No complaints!
This company is horrible. This guy name Alex was extremely rude and couldn't answer simple questions. Those 5-star reviews are totally fake.
I recently called this company to ask the question regarding credit report, not knowing I was calling the wrong place the representative that took my call was really rude. I could tell he was getting frustrated with me because he was talking to me impatiently and with a rush I kept asking him that I just wanted to get information. At the end he told me I was calling the wrong place. He could of just told me since the beginning that but he let me continue explaining my situation. When I ask him what was exa
Selicia was AMAZING this morning! She was professional, helpful and wonderful to work with. The epitome of what Customer Service should be.
Felicia Adam was great at helping me get my bill taken care of..Thank you!
I have heard tons of horror stories about debt collectors. My experience with CBU did not line up with any of them. The agent, Mrs. Davis and her manager were kind, courteous, and even helped me to fix my credit report. No one likes forking up cash but CBU made this as painless as possible. Thank you guys!
Today I called to solve a problem and Felicia Adams assisted me to get everything done with professionalism and patience. Thank you!
Very good experience, paid off my debt very easily. Help me find my account too. I only knew what was on my credit report which didn't give me my account number.
Very nice. Patient. Miss Adams was my contact.
Didn't return my call from previous, but was able to process my payment today via phone and provided a Confirmation #. Haven't seen a receipt in my email as was promised.
All these reviews are posted by the either the owner or employees. They have saved my credit card information when I opted not to on the website and have used it to charge my card whenever they like. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.
Ralph was a huge help and guided me through the next steps for my situation.
Felicia is awesome and assisted me with removing an older paid debt from my credit report
I had an old bill show up with them and I was able to call and get it settled without anyone being rude. Very easy going and helpful.

Ralph was really understanding and helpful. He understands the struggles.
Felicia Adams was so greatly helpful and informative!
I've been told to call this place and this place and I've been very patient since I've worked multiple types of customer service jobs and whoever I talked to just gave me attitude after I explained why I sound frustrated and what I needed help with
When I called the first time, the customer service person was very unwilling to negotiate citing their client?s precise instructions which I know is BS. Because their job is to collect money no matter what,

Look for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, which ensures they’ve passed rigorous exams and meet state requirements. Check for relevant experience in your industry, additional certifications like CFA or CMA, and membership in professional organizations like the AICPA. Verify their credentials through state licensing boards.
Use online directories like the AICPA, CPAverify, or state CPA societies. Search platforms like Yelp or Google for local CPAs with reviews. Ask for referrals from business associates, friends, or financial advisors. Local chambers of commerce can also provide recommendations.
A CPA is a licensed professional who has passed the CPA exam and met state requirements for education and experience. An accountant may lack this certification and could have varying levels of expertise. For complex tasks like tax audits or financial reporting, a CPA is typically more qualified.
Ask about their experience with your specific financial needs, such as tax preparation, small business accounting, or estate planning. Review their website or LinkedIn for case studies or client testimonials. Inquire about their client base to ensure they handle similar financial situations.
Yes, reviews provide insight into a CPA’s reliability, communication, and performance. Check platforms like Google, Yelp, or the Better Business Bureau for client feedback. Look for patterns in reviews, but verify their authenticity, as some may be biased or outdated.
Visit your state’s Board of Accountancy website or use CPAverify.org to check a CPA’s license status. Confirm their license is active and check for any disciplinary actions or complaints. This ensures they’re in good standing and meet professional standards.
Ask about their experience with your financial needs, fee structure, availability, and communication style. Inquire how they handle tax filings, audits, or financial planning. Ask for references or examples of similar work to assess their expertise and fit.
Fees vary based on location, services, and complexity. Basic tax preparation may cost $150-$500, while business accounting or audits can range from $1,000 to $10,000+. Request a detailed fee structure upfront and compare quotes from multiple CPAs.
Yes, many CPAs offer remote services through secure online platforms for document sharing and virtual consultations. Ensure they use encrypted tools for data security. Remote CPAs can be effective if they understand your local tax laws or business regulations.
During consultations, evaluate their ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Ask sample questions about taxes or financial strategies and note their responsiveness and clarity. Good communication ensures you understand their advice and fosters a productive relationship.
Beware of CPAs who guarantee specific tax refunds, lack a valid license, or have disciplinary actions on record. Avoid those with poor communication, vague fee structures, or negative reviews highlighting unethical behavior. Always verify their credentials independently.
Large firms offer more resources and specialized teams but may charge higher fees. Solo practitioners often provide personalized service and lower costs but may have limited availability. Choose based on your needs, budget, and preference for personalized attention.
For individuals, annual meetings for tax preparation may suffice. Businesses may need quarterly or monthly check-ins for bookkeeping, tax planning, or financial reporting. Discuss your needs upfront to establish a meeting schedule that aligns with your financial goals.
Yes, many CPAs handle both, but confirm their expertise in both areas. Ask about their experience managing personal taxes and business accounting simultaneously. Ensure they can balance both without compromising attention to your specific financial needs.
Discuss concerns directly with your CPA to resolve issues. If unresolved, check your contract for termination terms. Seek a new CPA by researching reviews, credentials, and referrals. Request your financial records to ensure a smooth transition to a new professional.
