Disappointed! They took payment for a consultation in the summer of 2024 with Joe C which was very positive. I was told the payment would be credited toward filing my tax return. When I called and emailed in Jan 2025 to have my taxes done, I never heard back from Joe. Called again and receptionist said he would get back to me. No one ever did. Still waiting. Had to find another accountant.

If i could give no stars I would. They took my payment for 2022 but never submitted my tax returns for the year. They only then submitted when 2023 came up and tried to hide it. I was then charged with late fees and interest of over $3,000. They have not gotten back to me about repaying this. I have done business with them for almost 10 years now and my father has done business with them for almost 20 years. I need to be paid back for my fines.
