I echo the sentiments of a previous reviewer. Our experience with this company, and specifically Trisha Floyd, has been terrible. We hired them to prepare our 2022 taxes and the process was simple and we didn?t have any questions. 2023 taxes have been a nightmare with them. Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service - and they?ve wasted a month of our time and theirs. Definitely do not recommend them. We absolutely love Trisha Floyd and her team at Ramos and Floyd. We started using them for both our small business and personal taxes this year and we could not be more pleased. She has taken the time to really get to know us and make sure we are getting a really clear financial picture of our business and ensuring we are doing everything correctly as well. I have been coming here for several years. I had great things to say about them previously, even referred friends to them. Their process in the past was always that I meet with an accountant, explain my tax situation and I pay around $400. This year, I expected the same process but was charged over $800?. I would highly recommend David Romas to anyone looking for tax preparation. He took time out of his Sunday to meet with me at his office to get all of my information. Very thankful for the prompt service at a very reasonable price. Previous CPA didn't file my taxes properly and I had a huge bill from the IRS. In less than a week Rob had it all squared away and back to smooth sailing!

My experience with this office was not good. I was told I was getting a nice tax refund then a month later IRS sends me a letter saying I?m getting half of the amount I was told I was getting.Then August 13 I got another letter from IRS saying I owe them another $476 my experience with this office was awful I called them on the same day and they never called me back. This office does not have in my opinion professional CPAs. I know who will not be doing our taxes next year!
