I'm not really big on debt relief programs, but I can honestly say that whom I spoken to Andre Wilson the representative was great! He was very informative, patient and understanding. Andre Wilson was phenomenal. Very thorough and patient throughout the entire process of enrollment. He took time to answer every question I had and clear up any confusion. I also expressed that I was uneasy and skeptical about the process, but he referred me to the website and showed me that this is credible.

Don't believe the fake reviews! This place is a joke. I had never been late on any payments. Now, my credit cards all show no payments on my credit!!! You pay $50 a month for "debt counseling". For what each month, I am not sure. I also have a recorded call where the lady says the debt will be removed from my credit. Not they say that is not true. Over a year and still no resolution on one account. I am not paying $50 for nothing!!! Give me my money back for services not rendered.

She took her time and explained everything to me step by step any questions that I had she explained and I didn't feel like I was being pressured or that I was signing my life away as I do in most time sensitive issues. Customer service is the worst. Agent was very disrespectful. Because i was not interested she became very angry and began to belittle me. I stated that i did not feel comfortable and she started to become smart mouth and more pushing for me to give her my information. I would not use this company. She must receive commission because i never talk to someone so upset especially when she states that she have several clients. It just do not seem to he a legit company.
