This was our first time with this tax preparer and it was a great experience. Mirna is very professional and helpful, I even shared that we had a negative experience with our last preparer and she was empathetic to that. She collected all of our documents, which I appreciate because it shows dedication to avoiding audits and completing things legally and correctly. I have used multiple tax prep companies and this by far has been the best. I am from LA and chose Del Valle from Google and I'm so glad I did. Great place to file your taxes. Friendly service. Clean office space. They also have a play room for children to be entertained while filling your taxes. Big waiting room with beautiful chairs and extended waiting room with TV for entertainment. Free WIFI available. No appointment necessary. Walk ins are welcomed. Employees are bilingual and very experienced. They answered all our filling questions. I've been a customer for a few years. I was recommended by a family member. I have felt more at ease filling

I wouldn't recommend this place at all! The person that did our taxes really didn't help us out just entered the info and didn't ask any questions at all or help us out with deductions. I honestly feel like for this I could?ve done them through turbo tax and gotten better customer service. Also I wasn't to comfortable filing so I called a few days later to speak with Mari to see if she could look over our taxes but when I called the front receptionist answered and she's not very friendly either. Good luck

These girls are professional and do their work as they are supposed to. They might sometimes take a lot of time filling your taxes, but it's because they are doing what they are suppose to. If you live in the Farmersville area, come over here instead because in Farmersville, no one knows about taxes. In Farmersville, you'll have to deal with governmental issues since people just get you in problems for being unprofessional, but here in del Valle Taxes, they are PROFESSIONAL and actually have degrees to proo

Be very careful. This lady is a huge rip off. If she charges you out of your refund that's a huge question you should ask. $400 dollar out of my refund shouldn't ever happen.
