I came in to buy an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. I was greeted by esmeralda and Cassandra. They were both so friendly and made me feel comfortable by helping me chose my purchase. I didn't feel pressured and the process was quick and easy. My family uses this jeweler often and i definitely can see why. Great service amazing quality!!!

Every time I have been in there the staff has been so gracious and welcoming. I have found over the years that whenever wanting to look for something that they are the first jeweler that comes to mind. This place is very nice and neat! I came on a Monday afternoon to get my engagement ring resized and to make an old pair of earrings into a necklace pendant and new ring, they said it'll most likely take about 1 to 2 weeks and my engagement ring came in that same week! The girls there where very kind and helpful, they even remembered me when I came to pick up my engagement ring ! Honestly a very great experience and I will definitely go back to them !

Good customer service. Did not try their credit appraisal since I paid upfront but they were able to expedite the engraving part for the bracelet. It being for a baptism that was right around the corner. Neyra was professional and helpful throughout our visit and purchase.

I took my wedding bands to get resized and they had it done in little over a week. They did a great job. The rings fit me just fine. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their jewelry resized.

Very bad service. I had bought a ring for $1,000 and had to get the ring repaired because I had wanted the stones changed. They put two tiny stones and didn't remove ?Class of 2023? like how I asked them to. I paid $344 just for them to not do anything. And on top of that, they didn't give me the stones they removed. I wasn't satisfied at all. And the ring was for a special occasion. I prefer to go to Don Roberto instead of them.
