Got a coupon for a $89 tax preparation. Great deal right? No where on that coupon does it say that they hold the finished forms hostage until you speak to Ed..The financial owner; to give you his expert advice on your money. And to top it off he was in a meeting so we had to come back the next day!! I just wanted my tax forms! Beware. Spend the extra money. Not worth the trouble.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I called to inquire as to whether my taxes had been completed yet or not and left 3 messages. No call back until the third time calling. When I inquired if they were complete, I was told that it takes 7-10 business days and that they were not yet done. So I asked who was doing my taxes and she did not know but I asked if the person I had confirmed with was doing them and she stated that person quit at the beginning of the tax season.
