Mr. Casanova is a pleasure to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable and has a user friendly program that makes sending and receiving documents and messages easily. One of the worst accounts in the business. We had business with him for multiple years and he got us tied in with huge penalties and Interest. He cheats, lies and even stole some of our refund money. If I could give more stars I would. I took a chance on this company 3 years ago when my accountant joined their firm. My tax return was completed within 24 hours of submitting my documents for review. The system was user friendly and easy to navigate. They were there to answer any question you had within minutes and I never had to even make a phone call. I will be using them for all future business.

Very upset when we paid him to do company taxes and come to find out they were never filed. Reached out multiple times and never get a call back or answer. Files late and doesn?t keep you updated on anything. Very disappointing and now leaving me scrambling to fix the mess that was made.

Every time we called the answering service said someone would call us back and no one ever did. I would much rather have an in person appointment where there is no confusion. Last year the firm did a great job Eddie was very responsive very helpful and his prices were fair. This year Not great at all. I gave them my taxes well before the deadline I believe it was March 15 I have not heard anything back. I?ve made phone calls and sent emails nothing.
