I do not recommend Bartlett's office to anyone. We met with her beginning of October 2024. My main questions was regarding our estimated taxes since we were potentially selling multiple rental properties. We had a nice meeting with basic advice, and she stated it would be a couple of months before she had any numbers for me since she was currently working on quarterly taxes. Very dissatisfied. Pre-filed on turbo tax to get an estimate on income taxes. Due to estimate I decided to go with a CPA. Charged $350 with no impact/help on tax returns. Should have gone with the free online service. Some months later I was contacted by the county assessors office due to the way my taxes were filed. When I contacted my CAP I was billed another $375 for two phone calls and a few emails. I was told this was due to the hours of work it took to run the numbers on amending my returns. T
