Good for nothing company!!!! Stay away from these irresponsible people. I can't even believe they have 5 star reviews! Juan from this insurance company was suppose to report our commercial policy to the FMCSA and he didn't do it! And then Kemper provided a tracking device for our commercial truck which was delivered to Juan (eSign Insurance Services) office and NEVER bothered to call me to tell me! This location used to be next to yum yum doughnuts and is now next to the car wash just less than a block away. As always, they provided me with great service and I was able to find good rates.

I went to another office before coming here and they wanted to charge me an outrageous price for updating my documents for purchasing a new car. However Juan made this process simple. He gave me a rough estimate of how long it would take and how much. I first heard about this I durante spot because they helped my friend get insurance then i decided to stop by to get some more info for myself. I just got a new car and I was very confused about the insurance because I was used to being on my parents plan. I didn't know what the differences between different coverage was and I also didn't want to have to spend too much. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and explained what ?liability? and ?full coverage? really covered and answered any questions I had. I didn?

So far Juan has always found me the lowest price. Whenever I try and check with a competitor, they can't match it. He is very helpful and always made sure to get back to me in a reasonable turnaround with answers and explanations. I would definitely recommend Drive Now Insurance.

The couple times I've gone to get help with question to my policy either Juan or the girl in the front desk are quick to help. Sadly I've had two accidents and Juan was there to help me with questions to my claims and help with seeing my best options to help keep my insurance cost down. Wow!!! Dude they saved my ass here! I got a notice to suspend registration from DMV & I was running out time. I was able to get a low quote for the whole yr. They did the ins. On my vehicle fast & they were able to call DMV direct in Sacramento just in time. I am Happy now! ?? no mo stress!!! Whew!!! Now I can drive without being dirty ??.
