Been coming year for a few years now and they do an amazing job! I specifically go to Crystal and she always takes care of my taxes and never had issues! This company is extremely helpful and communicative which is huge when getting your taxes done! Definitely recommend anyone to come here!

Crystal is amazing. I was very skeptical and thought I could do my taxes for free on my own. Her knowledge and expertise saved us upwards of $7,500 (when I thought we'd owe that much!). We recently had a penalty from the IRS (she warned us it would happen) and she took it upon herself to call them and get it waived. TRUST THE PROFESSIONALS and rest easy.

Crystal is very professional and courteous. Last year she reviewed my state tax return from previous year and made a finding that State had made a mistake. She advised me what I need to do to get my State income tax refund. The tax return processing fee is also reasonable. I highly recommend Crystal.

This was our first year using eTax Services. We were a bit nervous because we had been using the same tax guy for over 20 years. They have everything setup electronically and you will never have to step into the office if you don't want to, which works out great for me because I am always traveling for my job. All I have to do is email them all the documents. Then they process all the tax papers in short time and email back to me for e-signatures! They provide free estimates and reasonable prices, typically less than H&R Block. Very convenient and fast but thorough. I recommend them with high regards.

I have been using eTax in Orange to file my taxes for years. I love them because they are quick and courteous. They know what questions to ask to maximize my return and it is such a painless process. Not to mention being very professional. I don't know about you but I hate doing taxes myself and I find them to be totally worth it. I highly recommend them!

Literally one of the BEST. I have been doing my taxes here for five years. After gathering all of the proper documents, it literally takes eTax 10 minutes to complete my tax return. I can walk in and 10 days later, my tax return is in my bank account. It is so seemless that I always wonder how they can manage. Keep up the good work eTax!

Doing taxes is a lot of work for one person. This is why I came to eTax. I worked with Numair and he was great! 10/10 efficiency and I know I?m getting the best for what I paid for.

Etax is a rip off. Crystal charged me the max. Had me drive back 18 miles to bring her a medical form. Now asking me to drive back again to give her a pin. I'm working harder than crystal and paying for it. Asked about amending my 2020 year. She quoted me $300. I will never use this etax business again. I wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else

eTax Services Orange is my go to place for any and all tax related services. I've been coming here for years and every time I get exactly what I expect: Fast, Friendly customer service and Expert tax advice. Shamefully, I made a mistake of going to one of the other big name tax firms and paid big time...Never Again!!! At eTax you pay half the rate and they will do everything they can to get you the max return possible! Free quotes ain't bad either! I will always come to eTax and you should too :)

I think Etax is great . I have been going to them for many years . The people that work there are very friendly and nice . Crystal helped me with my taxes and Numair helped me as well .

This is my second time coming here (not sure why I didnt write a review last year). Came in to get my taxes done for this year. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
