Excelsis is everything you would want in an accounting firm. I use the firm for individual tax preparation. Mark and his firm were always very responsive to my questions. I would give a -5 review if I could. Mark and his assistant MiYou screwed us over severely. We first met with them in January 2024 and contracted with his firm to do our business and personal taxes. He asked us to file an extension (which I specifically did not want to do). In July 2024 his assistant said they were complete.
