Worse experience I've ever had. They never added me to our car insurance policy so if i would have wrecked my car at any point I wouldn't have been covered. They failed to remove one of our vehicles from the policy after we requested and paid for a vehicle we didn't even own anymore. the list goes on and on. I finally gave up and called my insurance company directly and got answers for myself since I kept getting the run around from Cristo.
